Teens in grades 7-12 are invited to a friendly video game tournament where the winner chooses next month's game. Recent game selections include Gang Beasts, TowerFall, and Nidhogg.
Join us for a gentle Chair Yoga & Strength class led by Cheryl Hansen every first Monday of the month at 11 AM. This class focuses on light movement, stretching, and relaxation.
Candlelight yoga will use a gentle, flow style class that focuses on breathing and light stretching. It is the perfect way to end your day and wind down before bed.
Children ages 4-7 are invited to join certified music therapist Ms. Tiffany for an evening full of movement, rhythm, melodies, and fun! Registration required.

Move & groove to fun tunes with music therapist, Ms. Tiffany! Little ones (with their adult) will sing, dance, & explore instruments as they gain cognitive, motor, and pre-literacy skills. Ages 0-3.
